    Q: When will I receive my finished pictures?
    A: We'll deliver your child's portraits to his or her school within four weeks of Picture Day.

    Q: What if I don't like the portrait?
    A: Our portraits are Satisfaction Guaranteed so if you don’t like your portrait we’ll take it again. Have your child come to Make-up Day with their picture package and the blue & brown receipt contained in your package. Remember, if your picture package contains a group picture, keep it and return only the individual pictures you want retaken. If you want a refund, complete the Refund Form and mail it with your pictures to Splendid Portraits. If no technical flaw exists, a $7.50 processing fee will be applied.

    Q: What if I am missing part of my picture package?
    A: We apologize for the inconvenience. Please complete the Package Correction Form.

    Q: What if I am missing my group picture?
    A: We apologize for the inconvenience. Please complete the Package Correction Form.

    Q: What if I am missing my entire picture package?
    A: We apologize for the inconvenience. Please complete the Package Correction Form.

    Q: What if my child’s name is misspelled on the picture?
    A: We apologize for the inconvenience. Mail the pictures to us, with payment for the package, and we will reprint the pictures and mail them to your home.

    Q: How do I reorder more portraits?
    A: For fast service and a complete product selection, Reorder Online. Reordering portraits is easy but don’t wait too long - we can only fulfill reorder requests within 16 weeks of Picture Day. We’ll mail your reordered portraits to you within three weeks of receiving your order. You can also use the Mail-in Reorder Form on the back of the envelope containing your portraits. However, that option may add time to the delivery of your photographs. If you have to, use the Mail-in Reorder Form on the back of your window envelope but this may take a bit longer.

    Please, do not send your mail-in reorder form to the school. Mail it directly to Splendid Portraits' Reorder Department so that we can process your order quickly.

    Q: Late Orders! What if I forgot to send payment on Picture Day?
    A: Most large schools offer a retake day for students who were absent on Picture Day or who were not happy with their pictures. You can have your child photographed on that day, too. See your child's teacher or school office to inquire about Make-Up Day and make sure to send in your Picture Order Envelope (with payment enclosed) to your child's teacher before Make-Up Day.

    Sorry, but it’s not possible to order pictures from your original picture day if your envelope was not turned in at the camera on picture day.

    Q: Can I get a copyright release of my child's photo?
    A: Even though you purchased school portraits of your child, the original image remains the property of Splendid Portraits. This original image cannot be photocopied or reproduced in any way without the company's written consent. It is against the Federal Copyright Laws. A Copyright Release may be obtained for a fee directly from Splendid Portraits by using our online Reorder Form.

    Q: I need to send in payment for pictures I am keeping.
    A: Please mail your payment to:

    Be sure to identify the name of your child's school, teacher, and class/grade and whether the photograph was taken on Picture Day or is a late order.

    Q: How do I find my Image Locator Number?
    A: You can identify your child's image by using the Image Locator Number printed on the blue & brown receipt inside your child's picture package. Sometimes, the Image Locator Number is also printed on the back of your picture.

    Q: I received the wrong child’s picture in my package!!
    A: Send the pictures back to us with information about your child’s picture package and we will locate his or her image. We’ll go back to the original paperwork to locate your envelope and contact you shortly.
